EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time, On-Site

DUTIES:

Cultivate and oversee relationships with client accounts across diverse sectors to enhance customer satisfaction and drive success; Foster strong partnerships with key industry players such as Microsoft, Salesforce, AWS, Oracle, and SAP to co-create innovative solutions and optimize collaborative efforts; Collaborate with customers to understand their unique business challenges, delivering tailored insights and actionable recommendations; Deliver engaging presentations of proposed solutions, featuring live demonstrations and in-depth walkthroughs of system capabilities; Develop detailed customer proposals that address specific requirements, incorporating commercial considerations and projected outcomes; Lead the implementation of solutions, ensuring a smooth transition and adherence to defined customer success metrics; Oversee the module implementation of Microsoft Dynamics D365, AX 2012 R2, and AX 2009, ensuring configurations meet customer specifications; Create and interpret functional and technical specifications to guide the design and development of AX software applications; Participate in the configuration of Dynamics D365/AX environments and lead design reviews with both internal teams and customers; Provide accurate estimations for development timelines of new customizations and enhancements, ensuring projects remain on schedule; Facilitate the upgrade process of Dynamics AX from versions 4.0, 2009, and 2012 to D365 Finance and Supply Chain, ensuring functionality and continuity; Break down functional specifications into actionable technical designs and development tasks, executing them to successful completion; Coordinate the diagnoses and resolution of software bugs, data discrepancies, and system configuration issues to maintain optimal performance; Drive the development and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics D365 core financial modules, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives; Up to 60% of travel to client sites across the USA is required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants need to have at least 2 years of experience in the job offered using the following technologies:

  • Salesforce: Salesforce Platform, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CPQ.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365: CRM and ERP solutions including Sales, Customer Service, and Finance modules.
  • AWS: AWS services such as S3, EC2, RDS, Lambda, and CloudWatch for tracking customer success and usage metrics.
  • Oracle Cloud: Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle CX (Customer Experience), and Oracle SCM Cloud.
  • SAP: SAP S/4HANA, SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Cloud Platform.
  • Reporting and Analytics Tools: Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce Analytics Cloud, and SAP Analytics Cloud for monitoring and reporting on customer success metrics.
  • Collaboration Tools: Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Salesforce.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time, On-Site

DUTIES:

Assist in the design and architecture of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (F&O) solutions, supporting the creation of scalable and efficient solutions aligned with business objectives; Work under the guidance of senior architects to define technical solutions that meet client needs; Collaborate with senior architects and development teams in customizing and extending Dynamics 365 F&O applications using X++, C#, JavaScript, and other technologies; Assist in creating and implementing integrations between Dynamics 365 and other Microsoft technologies, including Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and custom RESTful APIs;

Support the integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 with external systems using tools like Azure Service Bus, Power Automate, and Azure Logic Apps; Assist with data visualization and reporting, leveraging Power BI and Dataverse for data-driven insights; Work with senior architects and business analysts to understand client requirements and assist in documenting functional design documents (FDDs), solution blueprints, and system architectures; Help prepare other essential project documentation such as Statements of Work (SOW), user manuals, and implementation guides;

Support senior architects in presenting solution designs and technical strategies to business stakeholders, including C-level executives (CEOs, CIOs, CFOs), ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with business goals; Assist in the communication of complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences; Assist in the planning, design, and implementation phases of projects, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within scope; Help monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose solutions under the guidance of senior team members;

Engage in continuous learning to improve your knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, and related technologies; Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and cloud technologies, and contribute new ideas to enhance solution development; Work with the project team to apply Agile development principles (Scrum) in the development and delivery of solutions. Assist in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews, contributing to iterative improvements; Assist in researching and exploring emerging technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, AI solutions, and Semantic Kernel, with a focus on how these technologies could improve client solutions and drive business optimization; Up to 60% of travel to client sites across the USA is required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants need to have a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equiv.) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered using the following technologies:

  • Microsoft Azure: Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database.
  • AWS: EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, AWS CloudFormation.
  • Salesforce: Salesforce Platform, MuleSoft, Salesforce CPQ.
  • Oracle Cloud: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Autonomous Database, MySQL Database Service, Oracle Integration Cloud.
  • SAP: SAP S/4HANA, SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Cloud Platform.
  • DevOps Tools: Terraform, AWS CodePipeline, Azure DevOps.
